How it began
Even after being a bright student of mathematics and pure sciences, Chandresh turned to work only after completing High School in 1999.
His first venture was a small cyber cafe in the neighborhood by the name of Dot Com Graphics, which he started with Harman, his childhood friend.
Their camaraderie would only grow stronger in the years to come.
Within just two years, the work expanded and it had to be shifted to a dedicated office at Kirti Nagar, Delhi.
The company was named MM Dot Com Graphics and began taking up design and printing projects with just one single-color offset printer in the house.
Even as the business bloomed, good design would always stay at the core of all work.
The traveller
Chandresh is a self-confessed travel lover. ‘I am born to go places’, he can be heard joking.
He has travelled extensively in India and abroad. It was this love that brought him into something that would grow into a huge passion,
and yet another business avenue – motorcycling. He bought his first Harley in 2013
and has rode to the farthest corners of India. He rides a Triumph Tiger now.
With a warm and forthcoming personality, Chandresh is quick in making friends. And he has made many during his motorcycling tours.
It was during one of those rides that he met three passionate people, and with them, went ahead
to establish Riderz Planet – India’s biggest motorcycling superstore in October 2015 with the vision of making
a wide range of high quality gears accessible to all riders in order to promote safety.
A life of discipline
Spiritual, not religious is how he describes himself. An ardent follower of Sadhguru and Sri Sri, he tries to imbibe the crux of their teachings.
He’s always eager to learn but also values assimilating the knowledge for better productivity. Has completed certified training programs such as MNP (Master Networking Program), Effective Personal Productivity
from LMI (Leadership Management International), Landmark Forum and Landmark Advanced Course.
Although a natural, he has taken Gallup and DISC leadership strength tests in an endeavor to evolve into a better leader.
Business Instinct
A great observer and calculator, Chandresh has this incredible acumen of spotting a business opportunity. And when he is sure about one,
he goes into it with complete conviction. He constantly aims to nourish fresh talent by giving them opportunities to realize their potential.
Firmly believes in the ‘3 Wins’ situation: a win for himself, a win for the partners and a win for the community.
He firmly believes that a great team is any leader’s support system and thus is constantly attaching some really passionate
and likeminded people with himself.
